We want every Liora Curve piece to feel like it was made for you. If something isn't quite right, here's exactly how we'll take care of it.

Section 01

International orders (outside the U.S.)

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will provide an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or full refund where applicable.

Fit-related issues

If an item does not fit as expected, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may offer a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill. Returned items are not required for fit-related issues.

Change-of-mind purchases

Due to the cost of international shipping, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases on international orders.

Orders inside the United States.

What we accept

We accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with the SKU label intact. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Timing

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order — the return window begins the day tracking shows a delivered status — and the items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
